I partner with our portfolio companies to implement best practices & growth systems to accelerate revenue growth. We believe that by having the right go-to-market motions, team, and product strategy, we can maximize strategic value for our portfolio companies.
My background is pretty non-traditional. I previously worked at Bechtel Oil & Gas, where I discovered the importance of aligning incentives to drive behavior, and learned how simple changes can yield significant results. Afterward, I started a small agency and worked on projects as a developer, marketer and builder. That taught me the ins and outs of running a business, and gave me a new degree of respect for founders and operators.
I started my tenure at T/R on the investment side. That experience taught me how to identify growth opportunities, but it also helped me realize that not every opportunity is worth pursuing. I later transitioned to the operations team, where I’ve seen first hand just how challenging it can be for CEOs to ensure that everyone on the ship is rowing in the same direction. I’m a collaborative team player, and I work hard to align with our partners on growth opportunities as we build and implement the systems needed to create high-growth businesses.
I grew up in Malaysia, and am a big fan of trying new street food vendors. I also enjoy spending time with my family.
