I love solving complex problems. And at T/R, every day brings a new challenge. We’re always looking out for operational inefficiencies that we’ve solved before, and are always open to learning new strategies for growth.

I studied aerospace engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, which taught me how to break down complex, daunting problems into digestible pieces. I brought that knowledge to the aerospace and defense industry, where I worked as a sales engineer at TE Connectivity alongside Lockheed Martin, Space Systems Loral, and even some flying taxi startups (yes, that’s a thing).

At T/R, I surface vital insights that deliver on our investment thesis, implement tools and systems at portfolio companies, scale data teams for our portfolio companies, and help build investable T/R intellectual property.

I do my best to solve deep-rooted problems with our clients with the goal of reaching the root issue—so we don’t have to do it twice.

I like to consider myself a self-starter with a strong work ethic. That’s something I attribute to my parents. I’ve gone on to teach myself programming languages, and have even learned about data science models and data pipeline tools through Udemy classes. My love for learning never wavers, even if it means a little hard work!

Above all, I love working at T/R because our team feels like a family. It’s been rewarding to watch our portfolio companies mature, and witness the long-standing impact we have on our clients. Everyone wants each other to succeed and is willing to lend a hand.

In 5–10 years, you can expect to see me on a tourist flight to space. In the meantime, I love spending my time outdoors, whether it’s traveling, spending time at the beach, or hiking.
