I’ve made a career from nearly two decades working as an executive assistant in the legal, finance, and compliance fields. By continually challenging myself, volunteering for new responsibilities, and being open to new information, every position I’ve held has been a stepping stone to something better.
As a compliance manager at Turn/River, I ensure that we adhere to the SEC’s investment guidelines by monitoring trades, private investments, gifting, and entertaining to protect the firm, our limited partners, and T/R employees. As a young and vibrant firm, T/R fosters a positive work environment where everyone is treated with respect. It’s empowering to have a career in a workplace where everyone can collaborate and learn from one another; whether you’re on the investment team or office management, you’re learning from one another.
Outside of my professional accomplishments, I pride myself on my green thumb and enjoy gardening in my free time. I also love biking, whether in a Peloton class before work or on my daily dog runs in the neighborhood trail.
