I studied business at UC Berkeley, where I learned how to thoughtfully challenge convention through collaborative teamwork. I apply this ethos to my work at T/R every day, sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and using our unique playbooks to facilitate growth for our portfolio companies. In my role, I build relationships with passionate CEOs and founders who champion bold ideas, take risks, and place innovation at the core of their operations. Every day is a new learning experience because I get to actively engage with a diverse set of hard-working, visionary founders and help provide value to their business journey from an operationally-focused perspective. 

I believe trust is an essential and often overlooked component of a growth-focused partnership. That’s why I make relationship building a priority in all aspects of my work. Our priority is to ensure both current and future portfolio companies understand that strong relationships are needed to achieve effective goal-planning for each business. These efforts then translate into even greater results.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring new trails across the Bay Area or biking through San Francisco!
