I’m always curious about how the sales process is working, what makes the top performers excel, and what similarities exist when we win or lose a deal.

I enjoy learning about how things work. I lean on my curious nature every day at T/R. As I work with our portfolio companies’ sales teams, I’m always curious about how the sales process is working, what makes the top performers excel, and what similarities exist when we win or lose a deal.  

I love working with companies that are at a stage where scaling is critical to their growth.

These companies have a number of common challenges, and they also have plenty of unique situations that have allowed me to continuously learn at a rapid pace.  

T/R’s approach is uniquely hands-on. We’re in the trenches with our portfolio companies testing approaches to secure an initial customer conversation, discussing how to position a proposal, strategizing about customer retention, and revising recruiting approaches to hire the best team members.

That said, the people we work with at our portfolio companies are the stars and we are the supporting cast and crew. They make it all happen and we take great pride in seeing them succeed. And if they struggle to achieve their targets, we reflect on what we can do to put them in a better position.

The group of people that I get to work with on a daily basis make me excited to come to work each day. I feel a deep sense of loyalty to my teammates, both at T/R and at the portfolio companies I’m fortunate to work alongside. We celebrate each other’s personal and professional milestones, and we have each other’s backs when life throws curveballs.  

I’m happiest while on outdoor adventures with my family, hanging out with my Australian Shepherd, Beau, or playing a competitive game of golf or tennis.
