Kimmy Kotch Sr. Executive Assistant

T/R’s inclusive approach to success acknowledges and leverages everyone’s strengths and differences.
You are only as successful as the family you surround yourself with, whether it’s at home or the office. From cold calls to scheduling to acquisition, we all play a role in driving that success.
I witnessed the impact of customer service in the entertainment industry over the course of 17 years at Disney. Through that experience (along with the knowledge I gained studying sociology and criminal psychology in college), I developed interpersonal and multitasking skills that allow me to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Today, I’m the production manager operating the behind-the-scenes success of Turn/River. I manage the daily lives of our executive team and help the entire team work together smoothly. I pride myself on my efficiency and problem-solving skills.
T/R’s inclusive approach to success acknowledges and leverages everyone’s strengths and differences. The first time I introduced myself to a CEO of a portfolio company, I told them, “I work for Dominic.” But Dominic corrected me and said, “Kim works with me.”
I am most proud of being one of T/R’s first five hires. I see myself as the Mama Bear of T/R—taking care of our team and ensuring we celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, first days, team wins, and everything in between.
On weekends you’ll find me sitting under a big umbrella at the beach listening to Keith Morrison talk true crimes.
