As a recruiter, I work with motivated, driven, and smart colleagues. Together we focus on bringing in the best talent to drive continued success for our portfolio companies. Working with a dedicated, collaborative team makes T/R a great place to have an impact. Prior to T/R, I led a full-cycle recruiting desk at Robert Half, sourcing new candidates and marketing to prospective clients.

I credit many of my valuable workplace skills to playing NCAA golf at the Dominican University of California. As team captain, I sharpened my problem-solving abilities, coordinated between team members’ different communication styles, performed under pressure, and managed my time effectively.

Even though my student-athlete days are behind me, I still enjoy playing golf competitively in my free time. I also love staying active by hiking, playing with my Australian Shepherd puppy, and weight lifting.
