At Turn/River, our team is constantly collaborating to drive growth for each of our portfolio companies. No one is siloed away, as everyone is fully dedicated to our mission of helping great software companies reach their fullest potential. We do this by acting as an extension of each business instead of serving only in an advisory role, an approach that allows us to stay fully in tune with how we can best assist each management team.

Growing up, I was always interested in business, and I was particularly interested in understanding the qualities that enabled some companies to outcompete others. I chose to major in Finance at Notre Dame, where I also worked for the university’s Investment Office. Prior to T/R, I took on roles in the TMT group at a public equity hedge fund, and in the tech performing credit group at CVC Credit Partners. Both positions provided me with perspective on the foundation that companies need to gain long term success.

At T/R, I focus on the initial stages of partnering with our future portfolio companies. My role includes sourcing new opportunities and conducting further investment due diligence, as well as helping to maintain a flexible investment lens for the firm moving forward. It’s always exciting to come across a company that has a strong, double-edged sword of both dedicated leadership and innovative product.

In my free time, you can find me agonizing over Philadelphia sports teams, trying new types of food, or playing pickup basketball.
