I love win-win deals. In my area of Customer Success, we design programs and best practices that deliver real, tangible value to our customers. And when we expand our footprint and are able to capture commensurate revenue in return, we can then invest even more in building better products. That’s a true win-win in my book.

I’ve always been fascinated by the history of the world’s languages, how human communication evolved over the centuries, how languages can shape cultures and cultures can shape languages, and—more practically—how to connect with people better.
I don’t take myself too seriously. I enjoy good old-fashioned road trips where you plan your route using nothing but a road atlas (remember those?). I also love spending time outdoors with my family, whether it’s hiking a new trail somewhere in the Bay Area or skiing fresh powder in Tahoe.
